• To check the version number (build) of your currently installed iGrafx product, select the
  Help | About menu
• If updating a currently installed iGrafx product, you do not need to uninstall prior versions. The setup.exe file will automatically update the product in the language of your operating system.
• If you are also running iGrafx Process Central and are updating your client software, it is highly recommended that you update all iGrafx client products that connect to Process Central repositories, as well as the Process Central Server Administrator. We also recommend that you upgrade all repositories (if required by the update) using the updated Process Central Server Admin tool.  For specific information about updating Process Central, please refer to our Knowledge Base article: Can I use older Process Central repositories with the latest iGrafx Client? For more information, and to request an update to Process Central, contact your Account Manager.
• iGrafx Viewer 2007: share your iGrafx files with this free software!  The iGrafx Viewer enables viewing and printing of all iGrafx documents, but not saving or editing them.  Documents in iGrafx Process Central repositories can also be accessed and annotated using the Viewer. There is no need to install the Viewer if you already have a licensed version of iGrafx FlowCharter, iGrafx Process, or iGrafx Process for Six Sigma.
